    Terms & Conditions – Specific to Real Estate Video Lab

    Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rob The Builder ("we", "our", "us") and you ("you", "your"), whether acting personally or on behalf of an entity, who engages our services. By ticking the checkbox on our website and submitting a video generation request, you confirm agreement to these terms. Any further submissions will also be governed by these terms.

    1. Definitions

    • Rob The Builder: a software development firm based in the United Kingdom.
    • Website: The Real Estate Video Lab website (realestatevideolab.com) and services contained therein.
    • Request: Your submission of a video generation request via the Website
    • Product: A single AI-assisted video creation complete with narrative: The video will be compiled from all images available from the URL you submit in the Request at the time the Request is received. AI models review each image individually and score them for marketability. Another AI model selects the best 12 that represent the property. Additional AI models then order them, add narration to each image and compile everything into a video that lasts around 2 minutes. We have no control over which images are selected or the narration that is generated.
    • Deliverable: For each Request we will generate a video file which will be available to download for 14 days from the date the Request is received.

    2. Scope of Services

    Our service follows this sequence per Request:

    • When you make a Request, it is queued in our system to generate the Product.
    • When the Product is completed, you will be advised and may view and download the Product via the Website

    3. Payment Terms

    • Fees for the Product are payable upfront as we incur AI costs generating the Product.
    • The Product is generated by various chained AI models so refunds will not be entertained in the event that you do not like the choices of images or narration. Refunds will only be made in the following instances:
      • A technical failure on our part
      • Our failure to generate a Product.

    4. Your Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Ensure the property listing URL is correct before payment. Incorrect URLs cannot be changed after processing begins.
    • Recognise that the Product quality depends on the quality of photos available in the original property listing. We do not guarantee specific visual outcomes.
    • Provide a Request with at least 12 images to get a complete Product. Any Request made where fewer than 12 images are listed will result in a Product with a shorter duration

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    • Upon completion of the current Product, intellectual property rights to Deliverables are transferred to you.
    • We retain the right to use any general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
    • We retain ownership of any general-purpose tools, libraries, or components used in the creation of the Product.

    6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential indefinitely.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • Our liability is limited to the total fee paid by you for a specific Request.
    • Liability does not extend to indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

    8. Force Majeure

    We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as outages in external platforms, server downtime, or natural disasters. In such cases, the Product will be made available to you as soon as such problems are rectified.

    9. Termination

    This Agreement relates to each Request made and self terminates upon completion of the Product being made available to you.

    Any abuse of the Website may result in your account being suspended or barred from making future Requests. This will not affect your ability to download previously generated Deliverables.

    10. Warranties and Indemnities

    • We warrant that the Deliverable will meet the specifications detailed in Product.
    • You indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of the Website.

    11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first be resolved via arbitration in London. If unresolved, parties may pursue legal action exclusively the courts of England and Wales.

    12. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    13. Changes to these Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating them on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

    14. Assignment

    We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.

    15. Waiver

    Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

    16. Privacy Policy

    Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. It outlines data usage and protection measures.

    17. Showcase Rights

    Only with your prior consent, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.
